I joined a KAL

after seeing this pattern in the Petite Purls, Issue 14. I knew right away I had to make it for Julia. So I joined a knit a long KAL ~* Belle & Beau *~ Feb 2013. but we are in the midst of a cold snap here, so I decided I should stay indoors and start it now . So far it has been a pleasure to knit. I decided on only 1 contrasting colour because I just have these 2 colours in this brand of yarn. It is knitting up fast (love it)
